  • Yoga Ashtanga & Vinyasa (Flow) : Vinyasa/Flow yoga consist of a sequence of postures where movements are coordinated with the breath and flow quickly from one pose to the other. This mental and physical exercise is a complete workout for the muscles and the cardio. After a session, you will feel relaxed mentally, full of energy, and ready to tackle your daily life with greater ease.

 

  • Hatha Yoga (Alignment) : Hatha Yoga stands for a sequence of maintained postures, which focus on the alignment and symbiosis with the breath. This discipline can be adapted to all levels. You will improve your concentration, your control of the breath, your flexibility, and muscular strength.

 

  • Yoga-Pilates-Flow (Cardio & Core): Pilates-Yoga Flow is directed to all levels. Inspired by the Pilates method, this exercise fosters postural straightening, the development of deep musculation, and the improvement of the ability to focus and control the breath. The Pilates method aims at toning up the body, improving the posture, strengthening and sculpting the body including the abdominals commonly called the Mula Bandha in yoga. You will also improve your corporal consciousness and proprioception (perception of the body in space). This session includes sequences from the Vinyasa yoga tradition to promote the oxygenation of the entire body, restorative Yin movements, and Vipassana meditation. An invigorating and purifying class waits for you.

 

  •  Yin Yoga (Restaurateur) : Calming and restorative virtues of Yin Yoga combined to a guided approached to an ancestral practice that brings many physical and psychological benefits, including improving concentration, reducing stress and anxiety, and loosening diverse tensions in the body and the mind


 

  • Power Flow : Power Flow yoga is high in cardio with sequences of postures rapidly flowing from one to the other always in connection with the breath. Power Flow classes offer a complete workout improving your cardio and toning up your muscles. It can be combined with Pilates and Fitness exercises to improve the posture.You will come out of classes feeling rejuvenated, toned, full of energy, and ready to take on the day.

  • Pilates/Core : This technique offers countless benefits to people from all fitness levels wanting to tone up their muscles, improve their posture, strengthened and sculpt their body. A lot of the exercises focus on and engage the centre of our movements: the abdominals. You will improve your corporal consciousness and proprioception (perception of the body in space).

 

  • Pilates-Fit-Barre : This unique class for all ability and fitness levels combines original barre movements with Pilates. This class’s benefits are diverse: strengthening of the buttocks, legs, arms, and abdominal muscles. Being also a cardiovascular workout, this class will make you burn calories. You will come out of the class revitalized!

 

  • Bootcamp-Lates : You have a solid base in Pilates and want to push the limits of your body? This class is for you! It is designed for people who already have a solid corporal tone to be able to complete Pilates exercises at the intermediate and expert level. Pilates movements are combined with cardiovascular and muscular exercises Bootcamp-style to make you sweat and fill you with endorphines.

 

  • WOD (Work of the day) : Taking the form of a circuit, this training will allow you to improve your entire muscular strength and cardiovascular system. More importantly, the class provides a great opportunity to let off steam and detoxify the body to start anew! You will push your limits, have fun, and…. sweat!

 

  • Circuit (Tabata) : This intense class is made up of a warmup to deeply tone up the cardiovascular system and muscles of the entire body. The warmup is followed by different training stops where you will find versatile exercises inspired by Crossfit, Power-Flow, and Pilates. A diversified class that will push your limits, improve your core, and your sportive alignment. You will come out of class energized!

  • Yoga et Pilates Pré/Post-Natal: Preparation for delivery through a technique of deep, fluid and controlled breathing, combined with different postures that gently promote the opening of the hips and the strengthening of muscles. At the post-natal level, exercises aiming at perineal rehabilitation and overall muscular strengthening are given. 

  • Yoga-Pilates & Voix: Freeing the vocal instrument through vocal exercises combined with  fluid and toning movements derived from Vinyasa/Flow Yoga and Pilates.
